- Fall in the ‘Ville in Historic Downtown Hartville Enjoy a pizza eating contest, live music, pumpkin decorating, and open houses and sidewalk sales at downtown shops. {more info}

- Megasaurus at Maize Valley Watch a giant robot dinosaur make “pumpkin pie” out of Maize Valley’s pumpkin filled cars. {more info}
October 13-14th
- Oktoberfest at Maize Valley 10am-10pm The fun weekend features the brewery’s Oktoberfest Beer along with traditional eats and a farm full of fall activities. {more info}

- Trunk or Treat & Movie on the Scoreboard at Lake Stadium: 2pm. Organized by Lake National Honors Society. {more info}
- Spooktacular Dog Walk Bring your costumed pet and a donation for the Stark County Humane Society and take a walk with Lake YMCA from 10:30-11:30 am. {more info}

- Trick or Treat in the ‘Ville in Historic Downtown Hartville 11am-1pm Trick or treat at downtown shops and enter your kids in a costume contest at Two E’s in a Pod {more info}
- No Tricks, Just Treats at Moore than Coffee: $1.00 off beverages to anyone who comes in with a Halloween Costume on Saturday, Oct 27th!
- Trick or Treat Inside Hartville MarketPlace from 2-5pm {more info}
October 28th
- Lake Township Official Trick or Treat: 3-5pm for Lake Township, Hartville, and Uniontown. Many allotments/neighborhoods set their own times so check your neighborhood for their schedule.
- Trick or Treat at the Museum: Lake Township Historical Society will have its annual Trick or Treat at the Museum from 2-5pm. Come in costume and visit our new updated Hartville Elevator display and other items. Weather permitted will have some old farm items for demo. {more info}
- Community Trick or Treat at the HomeStead: Indoors at GentleBrook’s assisted living center 3-5pm
October 30th
- An Eerie Evening with Frankenstein at Lake Library: For the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, actor Jim Knight presents background on the Gothic classic and performs spooky, dramatic readings of excerpts from the novel. Registration required. {more info}
