Yoga at Quail Hollow

This hour long yoga practice will leave you feeling relaxed and strong from the comfort of your own home! Instructor Kim Kohler creates an environment that is judgement-free and adaptable to all levels of experience.   Participants must bring their own equipment. Please park in the main lot at the top of the hill and walk towards the manor house.  The class will be held past the manor house in the yard by the herb garden.
