Hot Air Balloon Lift Off – Canceled

BALLOON LIFT OFF UPDATE Unfortunately due to the weather from the hurricane, the balloonists have made the call to cancel for tomorrow, Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th.
We apologize to anyone who had this event on their calendar! We are also very disappointed but are at the mercy of Mother Nature with these kinds of events. We will still be open for business Saturday and Sunday, so stop out and see us!

It’s time for Maize Valley’s Annual Hot Air Balloon Lift Off!
Half a dozen balloons will take to the sky against the backdrop of all of our fall harvest activities.
Full concessions outside, or join us inside for a bite to eat, plenty of beverages and of course wine and beer tasting will be offered all day Saturday, (Sunday there are no wine sales.) No outside food or beverages permitted.
The balloons will start to arrive in the late afternoon both days and usually lift off late afternoon – early evening. Lift off depends on the weather – not only on the surface, but also the winds aloft can affect if and when the balloons will lift. Normal admission rates apply this day, there are no refunds given if the balloons do not lift off. We recommend that you arrive early enough in the day to enjoy all of the fall activities that Maize Valley has to offer.
