Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant in Hartville is celebrating their heritage with a flurry of fun Cinco de Mayo activities for the community!
Through May 2 at 6pm, children can submit their coloring contest entries (download contest page here) and judges will determine the winners of gift cards, pinatas and more!
On Saturday, May 2 from 11am-2pm at the Hartville MarketPlace, join Mi Casa for live folkloric dancing with the children from La Pilarika Dancers and enjoy a performance by Felipe Torres, the “Voice of Mexico from the Musical Cosmos.” Pinatas, balloons for the kids, coloring contest, prizes, raffles, coupons, t-shirts and face painting round out the day’s activities at the Hartville MarketPlace from 11am-2pm in the center food court area.
Tuesday, May 5 is Cinco de Mayo so join your amigos for five authentic new plates, and a “chocolate covered jalapeno” eating contest with Laura! The jalapenos are dipped in chocolate from the Hartville Chocolate Factory, so you can’t go wrong!
