100+ Businesses to Pop Up in Historic Downtown Hartville
Yes, you read that right. Over 100 vendors will join downtown merchants in a combination handmade market, business expo, and community yard sale on June 11th from 10a-3p.
Here are 5 Tips to make a great visit!
1) Free parking Look for event parking signs pointing to lots surrounding the event. There are plenty of spaces. Prospect Ave (SR 43) and Howard Ct. will be closed for the day. Use SR 619 (Maple St.), Sunnyside, and Robson to navigate. Historic Downtown Hartville Map
2) Vendors Booths will be set up in the middle of Prospect Ave (SR 43) and in the plaza lot by the train station forming a big and easy to follow circle. Be sure to pop in to the shops too. Many of them are planning special sales for the day!
3) Info Booth Looking for a specific vendor? Where are the restrooms? What should I do next? Stop by the Discover Hartville/Lake Chamber tent by Hartville Chocolate Factory. These volunteers have the scoop on the day and more upcoming events.
4) Come hungry Pizza, chicken, hot dogs, lemonade, ice cream, donuts, sno cones, and baked goods are all on the menu!
5) Live Music Thanks to Visit Canton and ArtsinStark you can hear some great live music at the Flea. Check out Steven Howell (10:30-12:30) and Root Theory (1-3pm) outside of Snags and Wags Barkery.
